Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to serve as the face of the office. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing front desk operations, supporting office administration, and helping maintain a professional and organized workplace. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and is comfortable handling a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner

• Answer and direct incoming calls using Zoom Phone

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and package distribution

• Create and process shipping labels and courier requests

• Manage conference room scheduling and ensure meeting spaces are organized and ready for use

• Maintain inventory levels for office, kitchen, and breakroom supplies

• Assist with general administrative and office support tasks

• Coordinate with vendors and building contacts as needed

• Escalate facility, operational, or office concerns to appropriate team members

• Support a positive office experience for employees and visitors

Qualifications:

• Prior receptionist, administrative, customer service, hospitality, retail, or office support experience preferred

• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills

• Comfortable interacting with clients, visitors, and employees at all levels

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
