For the area of responsibility:

  • Delivered products meet quality planning models flawlessly and are manufactured per obtention standards using world-class practices.
  • Quality and efficiency performances strictly meet goals defined by the shop, with "right the first time" principles applied successfully.
  • Customer risks, product compliance, and quality performance risks are anticipated, and actions to reduce risks are determined and implemented.
  • All complaints, nonconformities, nonstandard situations, and performance shifts are processed appropriately. The efficiency of implemented actions is demonstrated.
  • Causes of anomalies and nonperformance are addressed and incorporated into the progress plan.
  • The Quality Obtention section of the Progress Plan is finalized and played a role in defining it.
  • Assist all operators in gaining quality job proficiencies through mentoring and training.
