  • Proficiency in process improvement, process engineering, and manufacturing process development.
  • Experience in quality assurance and process quality within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to identify and lead continuous improvement projects.
  • Experience with documentation and data analysis, including Excel charting and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to work with and secure vendors and suppliers.
  • Familiarity with non-conformance management and corrective action processes.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Exposure to lean six sigma tools and practices.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, including quality, manufacturing, software, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to support regulatory and compliance requirements such as CE Marking, NRTL certifications, and RoHS/REACH.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing quality records and documentation.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a small, close-knit organization and adapt to a broad range of responsibilities.
