  • Program and run CMM equipment (PC-DMIS or similar)
  • Own first article, in-process, and final inspections
  • Build and refine inspection processes (not just follow them)
  • Work directly with engineering and production to fix problems—not pass them along
  • Support new product launches with smart inspection planning
  • Help raise the bar on quality across the board
