Position Summary / Resumen de posición:
The Production Operator is responsible for performing assigned manufacturing and assembly tasks in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manner. This role involves verifying materials, monitoring product quality, completing required documentation, and properly labeling materials. The Production Operator is expected to promptly communicate any safety concerns, equipment issues, or process deviations to leadership, maintain tools and gauges, and keep a clean and organized work area. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support production operations.

Key Responsibilities / Responsabilidades clave:
  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Verify materials, label parts, and ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Complete required documentation accurately.
  • Report equipment, material, or safety issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain tools, work area, and follow 5S and safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support production.

Required Qualifications / Requisitos obligatorios:
  • Physically able to perform repetitive motions requiring fine dexterity
  • Ability to operate machines in accordance with standard work instructions
  • Working knowledge of Epicor (preferred or required, depending on role)
  • Ability to meet production standards
