Location: Dacula, GA

TRC Talent Solutions is currently seeking Production Operators for a leading manufacturing partner in the Dacula area. This role involves operating machinery, performing assembly duties, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient production environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and set up assigned production and assembly equipment.

  • Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures at all times.

  • Load and unload parts from welding and assembly fixtures.

  • Perform manual assembly, tapping, and minor maintenance tasks as required.

  • Conduct die changes and set-ups.

  • Perform quality inspections (including 1st off/last off) to ensure products meet specifications.

  • Repack, label, and document production activity accurately.

  • Complete all required paperwork (checklists, inspection sheets, labor tickets, scrap reports, etc.).

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.

  • Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities.

  • Work overtime or weekends as needed.

  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications

Experience: 12 years in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment preferred.

Education: High school diploma or GED requires

Skills:

  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
