Job description

A private Miami household with two principals and two young children is seeking a skilled short term private chef to cover while their full time chef is away. This is a great opportunity for a polished, adaptable chef who can step into an established kitchen and maintain a seamless dining experience for the family.

September 7th, 8th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th and 18th

Schedule & Mealtimes:

Typical working hours align with the household chef’s schedule (10:30am to 7:00pm)

Lunch service at 11:45am

Dinner service at 5:30pm

Breakfast preparation for the following day


  • Prepare and serve daily lunch and dinner to the household family members and staff

  • Plan and prep breakfast items for the following morning for all household family members

  • Maintain consistency with the household’s existing food preferences and standards

  • Manage kitchen organization, cleanliness, and light stocking as needed

  • Work efficiently within an already established kitchen setup and household staff


  • Previous experience as a private or personal chef in a high end household
  • Ability to quickly adapt to an existing routine and preferences
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Professional, discreet, and service oriented demeanor
