Job description

A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care in a critical access hospital setting located in Taos, NM. This 13-week contract position offers a dynamic work environment serving a patient population of up to 25, ideal for pharmacists with a strong background in inpatient care.
Schedule:

  • Day shifts
  • 3x12-hour shifts (06:30 - 19:00)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify medication orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth workflow and compliance
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to optimize patient medication plans
