You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, while maintaining a high standard of nursing practice. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care Planning: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers. Bedside Nursing: Provide direct, individualized care to pre- and post-surgery patients. Medication Administration: Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications accurately. Medical Procedures: Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs, and manage other medical procedures as required. Medical Equipment Management: Adjust specialized medical equipment and interpret and record measurements. Vitals Monitoring: Monitor patient vitals, identify changes in conditions, and report adverse reactions to medications promptly. Discharge Planning: Collaborate with the healthcare team on discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition from hospital to home. Patient Education: Answer patient and family questions, providing education on surgical procedures and post-surgery care. Documentation: Maintain and update patient files, medical charts, and health records accurately. Adherence to Standards: Follow best nursing practices, protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
