Principal Objective of Position: The Porter maintains the hallways, clubhouse and other common areas of the property as well as completes all cleaning functions necessary for turnover units and any guest suites. The Porter works towards the common goals of satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention. #ZR
