Do you take pride in keeping things clean and looking their best? Have an eye for detail or enjoy working outdoors? No prior experience is required — we’ll help you get started!  

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who can help maintain apartment communities and create positive first impressions for residents and guests.  

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:  

• Picking up trash/debris and maintaining clean grounds  

• Assisting with curb appeal and common area upkeep  

• Changing light bulbs in common and exterior areas  

• Moving large items such as furniture or appliances  

• Interior/exterior touch-up maintenance  

• Pressure washing, painting, and leaf blowing  

• Delivering notices or correspondence to residents  

• Supporting maintenance teams with additional projects  

REQUIREMENTS:  

• Reliable transportation  

• Strong work ethic and dependability  

• Ability to follow directions and work with a team  

• Customer service mindset  

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
