Customer Experience Representative (Temporary)

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Location: On-site (Hybrid potential after training)
Industry: Commercial Insurance
Department: Marketing
Schedule: 32–40 hours per week | Flexible shifts between 7:00 AM – 8:00 P

Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to support customers during a large-scale system onboarding initiative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, troubleshooting issues, and delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing real-time assistance, answering questions, and ensuring all interactions are accurately tracked and resolved using HubSpot Service Hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries including login assistance, claims submission, and payment navigation
  • Log, track, and assign tickets using HubSpot Service Hub
  • Gather customer contact and policy information for follow-up
  • Direct customers to FAQs, training guides, and instructional videos
  • Escalate issues to internal Concierge or technical teams as needed
  • Track resolution times and customer satisfaction metrics

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using CRM and ticketing platforms (HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced support environment
