Job Title: Picker/Packer
Job Description

Join a dynamic team at our warehouse operations in Lakewood, WA, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our award-winning toys reach children and families worldwide. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for locating orders, packing them into boxes, and preparing them for shipment.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize safety in all tasks.
  • Receive, sort, and put away inventory.
  • Pull and pack products based on daily orders.
  • Utilize scanners to read bar codes on products or pull customer orders with paper pick tickets.
  • Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Monitor product quality and report any issues to ensure safety.
  • Apply continuous improvement mindset and troubleshoot problems.
  • Handle products weighing over 50 pounds using safe practices and methods.
  • Stand for long periods, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, climb stairs, and reach frequently during shifts.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the assigned area.
Essential Skills
  • 1 year of similar experience.
  • Experience with RF scanning.
  • Proficiency with pallet jack operations.
  • Ability to stand on feet all day.
  • Capability to lift/push/pull up to 60 lbs.
