Now Hiring: Production Worker


Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN

Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Pay: $21.75 per hour

We’re looking for a Production Worker who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help us package high-quality lubricant products in all shapes and sizes. If you're detail-oriented, a team player, and love working in a fast-paced environment — this gig might just be your perfect fit.


What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Packing lubricant products like a pro into containers big and small
  • Keeping an eagle eye on quality and safety — no shortcuts here
  • Running, adjusting, and babying the machines to keep production humming
  • Logging info into our computer system (bonus points for accuracy!)
  • Swapping out packaging setups and cleaning machines like a boss
  • Lending a hand in the warehouse – picking, receiving, organizing
  • Operating forklifts (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
  • Pitching in with general tasks and keeping things tidy
  • Taking on special projects when they pop up

What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience

It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business. So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975. The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997. Currently, there are 19 total branch offices with 16 located throughout Wisconsin and a recent acquisition has expanded SEEK’s portfolio to 3 branch offices in the Twin Cities.
