Job description

Position Summary:

Responsible for working on assigned areas of the packaging line, following GMPs, SOPs, and safety requirements.  The assignment may include manual application of caps, applying labels to boxes, loading containers into empty hoppers, packing finished goods into shipping boxes.

Role and Responsibilities

·         Attention to Details

·         Proficient understanding of GMP processes and workplace safety.

·          Following health and safety standards.

·          Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.

·          Assembling products.

·          Following production guidelines and specifications.

·          Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.

·          Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.

·          Performing other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Must read, write, and speak in English

Able to participate in team-oriented environment

Reliable transportation

Punctuality


Hours are 6:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Thursday. Position will last approximately 3 weeks.

Physical Demands and Environment: Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to stand, sit, walk, kneel, reach and perform duties without difficulty.  Adverse working conditions include but are not limited to temperature extremes and noise common in a Manufacturing environment or handling of hazardous materials.
