Utility Operator / Packer

Full-Time Entry-Level Training Provided

Multiple Shifts Available

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team player to join our production team as a Utility Operator/Packer. If you enjoy staying active, take pride in quality work, and want a stable opportunity with room to grow, this is a great place to start — no experience required. We’ll train you.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect finished products from various production machines
  • Separate and stage defective items for recycling
  • Package products according to company standards
  • Read packing sheets to ensure correct counts for boxes and pallets
  • Use a step ladder as needed throughout the shift
  • Shrink wrap and label boxes/pallets for shipping
  • Operate a manual pallet jack to move finished pallets
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed

    • Ability to work in a warm environment and maintain a steady pace
    • Comfortable with physical activity: standing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 40 lbs
