Job description

We’re looking for a Package Handler to join a dynamic, growing operation in Bethel, PA in a brand new warehouse facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, stays safety-focused, and takes pride in helping a team hit daily production goals. Candidates must read, write, and speak English fluently.

Pay Rate: up to $21/hour
Available Shifts:
Schedule Options (12:00 PM – 10:00 PM):

  • Monday – Thursday: $20.00/hour
  • Friday – Sunday: $21.00/hour
  • Hours may vary based on business needs.


About the Role
As a Package Handler, you are a key part of the operations team—supporting the offloading, sorting, and loading of packages for distribution. You’ll help keep the warehouse running smoothly by working safely, moving with urgency, and maintaining accuracy.
Key Responsibilities

  • Work safely—safety is our first core value
  • Unload trailers and move packages through the dock/sort area
  • Sort packages by destination/zip code and staging location
  • Load delivery vehicles accurately and efficiently
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and assist with end-of-shift cleanup
  • Be a team player—everyone works together to get the job done


Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to work in hot/cold warehouse conditions (seasonal temperature changes)
  • Ability to regularly lift/push/pull/move packages averaging 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs
  • Basic English proficiency (spoken and written) to understand safety and operational instructions
