Job description

Position Summary
We are searching for a bilingual English/Spanish Order Puller with industrial experience. In this role, you will be performing an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
The ideal candidate will be English/Spanish speaking, previous experience in industrial order pulling; specifically with valves, fittings, and/or flanges, and two years of experience operating a reach truck and/or a cherry picker in a warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and always work area for orderliness
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Qualifications & Skills
  • 2 years of warehouse related experience in shipping and receiving.
  • Industrial experience preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • 2 years of forklift experience (forklift, reach truck, cherry picker)
  • Excellent work ethic; ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team player
  • Experience with Carbon Flanges and Fittings required
  • Steel toe shoes/boots required
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs., occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.
Employment Type & Compensation
  • Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
  • Compensation: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Application Period: This position will remain open until filled
Work Schedule
  • 1st shift | 6:00am-2:00pm
  • 2nd shift | 2:30pm-11:00pm
