Tuesday-Friday, 2:00pm – 12:30am (will train on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks)

Temp to Hire
What You’ll Do:
- Safely operate material handling equipment including cherry pickers, reach trucks, double reach trucks, and sit-down forklifts.
- Unload inbound trailers and verify product accuracy against bills of lading and purchase orders.
- Pick, stage, and load outbound orders in accordance with customer requirements and shipping schedules.
- Put away received materials into designated storage locations using WMS (Warehouse Management System) tools and scanners.
- Conduct routine cycle counts, replenishments, and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
- Assist with general warehouse activities including wrapping pallets, labeling freight, and consolidating inventory.
- Report any product damage, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to management immediately.
- Work overtime as required to meet business and operational demands.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3 years of reach truck experience REQUIRED.
- 3 + years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
- Experience operating powered industrial trucks (cherry picker, reach, or sit-down forklift) required; certification preferred or provided upon hire.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet (for order picker/turret truck operations).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and productivity.
- Overtime available on occasion
