Job description

Location: Houston, TX 77058
Hours:  Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, additional hours as required.
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $18/hr - $23 DOE
Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator supports daily administrative and operational functions across multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow, accurate documentation, and timely communication with customers and internal teams.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, follow-through, and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to all departments to maintain efficient daily operations.
  • Coordinate repair shop activities and ensure preparations meet customer requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding service updates, documentation, and invoicing.
  • Review paperwork, checklists, and supporting documents for accuracy before distributing to drivers.
  • Identify potential issues in daily operations and escalate concerns to leadership.
  • Maintain professionalism and follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in administration, operations, or coordination. 
  • High school diploma or GED required; degree in business/logistics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently while following company policies and safety regulations.
