Job Description

Sumaria Systems is seeking a Senior Test Manager to support the Medium Altitude UAS Program Office (MQ-9 Reaper) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The selected candidate will provide test interface support between the program office, test centers, and OEMs to support aircraft research, development, production, acquisition, and sustainment activities. This is an FMS (Foreign Military Sales) position supporting Qatar.

The Senior Test Manager will support development and execution of Test & Evaluation (T&E) strategies and integrated test planning efforts while coordinating with Air Force and DoD stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Support development of Test & Evaluation (T&E) strategies and integrated test plans
  • Assist with establishment and coordination of Integrated Test Teams (ITT)
  • Prepare and coordinate ITT Charters, TES, TEMP, Test Concepts, and related documentation
  • Provide advisory support in the review and coordination of test plans and reports
  • Interface with AFMC, ACC, AFOTEC, HQ AF/TE, SAF/AT&L, and DOT&E representatives
  • Assist with test budget preparation and monitoring of test expenditures
  • Support development of test status briefings for program office leadership and higher headquarters
  • Provide acquisition and lifecycle test support for MQ-9 systems
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree and 15+ years of relevant experience OR Masterโ€™s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years of DoD experience required
  • Experience supporting developmental and operational test activities
  • Familiarity with Air Force acquisition and test organizations preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Active Secret clearance required
