WATKINS GLEN

Located within five hours (300 miles) of 25 percent of the U.S. population,Watkins Glen Internationalis the premier road racing facility in North America, three-times voted "Best NASCAR Track" by readers ofUSA Today. The Glen hosts a diverse portfolio of premier sports car, open wheel, and stock car races throughout the year.


Watkins Glen International is looking for licensed professionals that will administer quality care to our guests, staff, and professional racing services participants during events.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform medical triage and treatment functions consistent with Emergency Medicine standards
  • Request / coordinate continuation of care as needed

Qualifications:

  • This is a temporary event-based position. Shifts and hours will vary based on our event needs.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Successfully pass a driving record check
  • Must complete required online training initially and annually
  • Strong communications skills
  • Practice and maintain professional work ethic, appearance
  • Abide by HIPAA at all times
  • Reliable transportation to and from the track location
  • Positive attitude

Medical Care Center Doctor Required Certifications:

  • Current New York State Medical License
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
  • Advanced airway skills required
  • Current AHA (or equivalent) BLS certification
  • Current AHA (or equivalent) ACLS certification

The compensation range for this position is:

$100/hr.-$125/hr.
