HELP BUILD A REGIONAL WOMEN'S HEALTH HUB

This practice is evolving into a regional destination for obstetrical care with strong institutional support and long-term growth plans.


  • Opportunity to serve as Clinical Lead for a developing Midwife Training Program
  • New Women's Health Clinic scheduled to open in 2026

PRACTICE & LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

This role blends clinical care, teaching, and program leadership responsibilities.


  • Full-scope OB/GYN practice with routine obstetrics and gynecologic procedures
  • 50/50 split between clinical duties and leadership/teaching during program buildout
  • Opportunity to mentor rotating midwives and fellows
  • Strong focus on improving maternal care access across surrounding rural communities
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Guaranteed base salary of 450,000 plus productivity incentives
  • Flexible 175,000 incentive package for sign-on, relocation, and loan assistance
  • 40 days of paid time off annually

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in OB/GYN
  • Physicians with 3-10+ years of experience preferred
  • Passion for rural health, mentorship, and collaborative care delivery
  • Mississippi license or ability to obtain
