Crucial Link is hiring for a 3rd Shift Material Handler/Machine Tender in Berea, OH!

This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with raises and full benefits once hired on.

Shift & Pay:
  • Train on 1st Shift (Monday - Friday 7:30am–4:00pm) for at least 2 weeks
  • Move to 3rd Shift (Sun–Thurs 11:30pm–8:00am)
  • $18.25/hr
Job Overview:
You’ll handle materials, tend machines, and support production in a busy plastics manufacturing environment. Ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with overnight work.

Responsibilities:
  • Move, stack, and organize raw materials and finished goods
  • Monitor machines and report issues to setup operators
  • Perform visual inspections for quality
  • Keep accurate production and inventory records
  • Follow all safety rules and wear PPE
Requirements:
  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
