Job description

Temp to Hire Role - Quick Start!

If you enjoy working in the afternoon/evening and have experience working in the heat in a warehouse setting--this may be the role for you! We are looking for a CNC Machine operator to work at a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse in Zebulon, NC. This position is responsible for operating production machinery, communicating with supervisor/team, and keeping up with a fast paced work flow. Entry-level friendly. Spanish & english friendly.

Position: Machine Operator

Shift: 1st shift, M-F 5am-3:30pm; optional OT weekly

Pay Rate: Base $13.00/hr. PLUS $100 attendance bonus paid every 2 weeks

Pay Schedule: Base pay, paid weekly

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate and make basic adjustments to production machinery
  • Conduct visual inspections to maintain quality standards
  • Receive hands-on training during your first week with a dedicated mentor

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Able to work in a HOT environment for up to 10 hours per day
  • Experience operating CNC machinery is a bonus
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 10 lbs
  • Strong teamwork and commitment to safety
