Our client, a global leader in their industry, develops technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility for people and their goods. They offer safe, efficient, intelligent, and affordable solutions for vehicles, machines, traffic and transportation. We are currently hiring Manufacturing Associates for their state-of-the-art facility in New Braunfels, TX
The Manufacturing Associate operates machines that manufacture electronic printed circuit boards for automotive radar detection. The radar detection products alert drivers to take action when necessary to help save lives every day.
Manufacturing Associate Job Summary:
  • Day and night shift - 10 hour days
  • Day shift 8am - 6:30pm
  • Night shift 9:30pm - 8am
  • Rotating schedule (work 4 days, off 4 days, repeat)
  • Pays $16.50 - $18.50/hr
  • Work only 14-16 days per month!
  • Temp to HIRE
Manufacturing Associate Duties:
  • Operate production equipment and processes
  • Follow established safety, production, and quality procedures
  • Perform workstation audits and inspections and follow up on abnormalities
  • Ensure compliance for all established policies and procedures
  • Determine and react if operating conditions become abnormal
  • Actively preserve normal conditions of equipment and/or processes

Manufacturing Associate Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Read and interpret documents (safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Accurate use of basic math (add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals)
  • 0-2+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted
  • Must be able to stand for up to 10+ hours.
  • Must be able to push, pull, reach, twist, turn, stoop, walk, stand for up to 10+ hours.
