Immediate opening for a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic and a demonstrated success in an administrative support role.

Summary
This person needs to have great communications skills along with Admin Assistant skills. The applicant must have a solid knowledge of the Microsoft Suite programs to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Scheduler and Outlook (MS 365) and must have a solid history of being on time and time management.
In this role, the Administrative Specialist will support our security operations in the region by providing logistic and administrative support. The Administrative Specialist is responsible for data entry, billing, and payroll duties. Must be extremely organized, flexible, and enjoy supporting a growing organization in an administrative role while maintaining Customer Service in the forefront of all interactions with a focus on finding solutions for staff.
In addition, the ideal applicant will have a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, with expertise in outlook, excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with billing software. Superior verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and attention to detail are equally important. The company requires and provides a physical screening/exam.
Principle Responsibilities

ID Badge preparation & final output, using the Lenel platform

Maintain & Disburse tickets through ServiceNow

Verify employment status through HR with AccessNow

Collaborate with Managers for badging needs / exceptions

Document & provide data for Security Reports (CORE)

Preside over Lost & Found program

Networking / Distribution of Key program with stakeholders

Education / communication on Parking Program

Informing / organizing requests for and received from Offsite Officers

Champion specific Badging E-mail for accessibility & staff use

Filing, organizing and other administrative tasks

Handling confidential and sensitive employee information

Placing and tracking uniform orders

Replenishing and tracking of security officer equipment

Assisting Support Services Department with general administrative and clerical support
