This position is an 12-month temporary posting with possibility of full time.

Our priority is to make sure we hire professional customer service representatives that care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community. As a temporary customer service representative with us the minimum responsibilities are:

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to overage charges via phone and email.

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely and professional manner.

  • Educate customers on overage policies, usage thresholds, and available plans to minimize future overages.

  • Collaborate with billing and technical teams to ensure accurate data and seamless resolution of issues.

  • Track and report recurring overage trends to support process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems.

  • Provide feedback to management on common customer pain points and suggest enhancements to the Overages Program.

What We Need From You:

  • 2 years ofhigh-volume Customer Serviceexperience

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
