Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate:
  • $17.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Complete routine inspections of the property.
  • Address basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas.
