Job description


Maintenance Technician needed with extensive knowledge of general maintenance and repairs, including carpentry appliances and electrical. Plumbing experience required.
Responsible to work on units to Make-Ready and also responding to maintenance requests for the property. This position ensures that all maintenance issues are handled promptly. Must be available for after hours emergencies.
Must have valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Will be required to pass a background check and drug test.
Rate of pay dependent on experience.
