We are looking for someone with general maintenance knowledge for one of our apartment complexes.
Duties include light plumbing, light electrical, boilers, ect.
Apartment turns would include minor drywall work, painting, countertops, tile work, etc.
Looking for a motivated self started.
Flexible hours.
Potential to grow.
Opportunity to live onsite if desired at a discount.
Pay based on experience.
