Job description


A high-end apartment complex is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform basic electrical, plumbing repairs, move furniture, install ceiling fans, change outlets and garbage disposals, and make other repairs. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have building maintenance experience working in an apartment setting, must have prior electrical and plumbing experience, must be able to change light sockets, install ceiling fans, etc., must have own tools and work boots, must be detail-oriented and safety-conscious, must have a neat and clean appearance, and must be dependable. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. HVAC experience is a plus.
