Maintenance Assistant at 150 unit apartment complex from 9am - 1pm Monday through Friday.


Daily activities can include; Light plumbing, light electrical, light mechanical, pool maintenance, painting, light landscaping & snow removal, appliance repair, and assisting with clean up when units turn.
