Maintenance Worker
Location:
Liberal, KS


Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview:
We’re looking for two Maintenance Workers to join a local team at an apartment complex in Liberal, KS. This role is responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep to ensure the property remains safe, functional, and in great condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and management.

  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues.

  • Assist with unit turnovers, including painting, repairs, and cleaning as needed.

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in common areas and throughout the property.

  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.

  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
