Full Job Description
Steeple Bay Estates is looking for a Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to preserve the good condition and functionality of the community. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and misc repairs around the property, etc. Our ideal Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.

Job Duties include:
Apartment Turnovers
General Maintenance
Service Calls
Tenant Relations
Winter snow removal
Plumbing
Painting
Debris removal
Preventive maintenance
On-call duty for Emergency Maintenance
Other duties as needed
Position requires previous experience, plumbing and electrical skills, some appliance repair skills, strong carpentry skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills needed to interact with tenants and vendors.
Pay: Starting from $24.00 per hour.
Schedule:
  • 5 days a week
  • 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Education:
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Qualifications
  • Maintenance: 5 years (Required)
  • Must have valid driver’s license and registered, reliable transportation.
  • Must have own tools and not live further than 30 minutes from property.
