What skills and qualifications are needed for a temporary maintenance worker?

To thrive as a Temporary Maintenance worker, you need basic mechanical aptitude, general repair skills, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with hand and power tools, maintenance management systems, and sometimes OSHA safety certifications are typically required. Temporary maintenance staff frequently work under the supervision of a facilities manager and collaborate with other maintenance personnel to complete tasks efficiently. Attention to detail, adaptability, and strong communication skills are important for success in these roles.
