Join our team and let?s continue making chocolate lovers happy!A day in the life…As a D2C Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic roadmap of Russellstover.com, our D2C ecommerce business. You will work cross-functionally and with the Global Lindt team, in identifying and implementing the overall short and long-term strategy for site functionality and design (A/B testing, analytics), new programs, portfolio & promotions, and technical sprints, while managing the day-to-day operations and execution of the Russellstover.com website with focus on achieving sales and profitability goals.This a hybrid role, onsite 3 days a week in Kansas City, MO. Relocation within the continental U.S. will be considered for qualified candidates.What you will be doing… Oversee the day-to-day performance, operation, and optimization of the Russellstover.com e-commerce Magento platform, accountable for conversion, profitability, and revenue goals. Identify and execute strategic roadmap to ensure site operations, merchandising, and consumer journey are optimized and lead to measurable outcomes. Enhance the customer journey across key seasons and everyday offering by improving site content, navigation, product discovery, and checkout processes. Full ownership and management of the D2C eCommerce channel P&L and product forecasting Ensure effective execution of the RussellStover.com promotional calendar and utilize segmentation and RGM best practices to grow revenue and average order value (AOV). Lead strategy and oversee execution of SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliate, loyalty program, and social media advertising, for increased site traffic and conversions. Conduct A/B tests and monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value, providing actionable insights to improve performance. Partner cross-functionally, and with Global, IT, and agencies to identify and launch new products or features Collaborate with IT and development agency on technical execution, including the identification of when technical support is required. Consult on technical sprint requirements and enable development to stay within timeline. Ensure site and marketing is legally compliant Manage and develop one direct report (Ecommerce Specialist) - fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. This job posting is not all inclusive and other duties may be assigned.Do you have what it takes?(Required Qualifications) A Bachelor's degree in a related area and up to 5 years of related experience in day-to-day, or equivalent work experience Have managed a D2C ecommerce business that enables consumer transactions, leading its roadmap strategy & execution At least 2 years supervisory experience required Experience with promotional activity strategy for a D2C business, with proficiency in SEO, Google SEM, Google Analytics, and related email management platforms (Listrak, Klayvio, Mailchimp, or similar) – CRM a plus Ability to analyze complex problems or data sets that provide clear strategic roadmaps and outcomes. A/B testing, UX/UI experience Strong financial acumen, with P&L ownership & product forecasting experience High level of professionalism, with a get-it-done mentality Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, strong sense of empathy and ability to be decisive A strategic thinker who can connect the dots? of the bigger picture, as well as being comfortable in the details of the deliverables Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently, with or without an accommodation Do you stand above the rest?(Preferred Qualifications) Experience with Adobe Magento platform Consumer Packaged Goods D2C experience Experience in HTML, consumer journey mapping, and social media ads Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence. Understands TCPA & ADA requirements  If visiting our manufacturing plants, you will be expected to: Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines during plant visits to support product quality and uphold food safety standards. Complete and follow FSQA training and programs to comply with regulatory requirements, ensure consumer safety, and support the company?s food safety and quality objectives. Promptly report any observed or suspected issues that may impact food safety, quality, or compliance to the designated plant personnel, to support timely corrective actions and maintain compliance.
