  • 4 days/week -- 8 am - 5 pm, with some 7 am - 4 pm and 9 am - 6 pm shifts
  • 18 - 20 patients per day
  • Rural FQHC setting
  • Women's health experience required -- IUD and Nexplanon insertion
  • EMR: OCHIN or EPI
  • Experience with chronic health -- diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
  • MAT waiver helpful for addiction treatment support
  • Long-term commitment preferred -- 5 to 6 months minimum
  • We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
