Should have legal law firm experience from a law firm. Experience in different practice areas like Litigation, Real Estate etc. Working on documents. Should have 5 or more years of experience. Professional, detail oriented, able to multitask and good communication. Prepare engagement letters, memoranda and other formal legal documents.
