We are seeking a motivated and organized Account Manager to join our team at Garden Doctors. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You will work closely with our landscaping teams to deliver high-quality services while fostering client satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
> Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
> Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
> Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions for landscaping and garden care projects.
> Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements to clients.
> Monitor project progress, ensuring services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
> Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to existing clients.
> Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns promptly and professionally.
> Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
> Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and project details in our CRM system.
Qualifications
> Bachelor's degree in business, horticulture, landscape management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
> 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related role, preferably in landscaping or a similar industry.
> Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
> Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus (but not required).
> Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
> Knowledge of landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is a plus but not mandatory.
> Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
> Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
