Job description

Machine Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Machine Operator for a company based in Lebanon, TN. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with one of premier suppliers of mosaic tiles in the US.

Pay Rate
$16.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 6 00 am to 2 30 pm.

Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor tile production machinery, including presses, kilns, glazing equipment, and cutting machines.
  • Set up machines according to production specifications and work orders.
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain proper tile dimensions, thickness, and quality standards.
  • Load raw materials into production equipment and ensure continuous material flow.
  • Remove defective products.
  • Clean equipment, floors, and work areas according to safety procedures.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Machine Operator Qualifications and Requirements
  • 25 LB lift test required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Drug screen required.
