Temporary RNs perform the same duties as permanent RNs, such as patient assessment, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Their assignments can last from a few weeks to several months, depending on staffing needs. Working as a temporary RN at Kaiser offers flexibility and exposure to diverse clinical environments.
