Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery (L&D) travel position in Wailuku, HI, requiring an active HI RN license and at least 1 year of recent L&D experience.

  • Night shift position working 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts

Requirements
  • Active HI RN license required (no pending licenses accepted)
  • Current BLS and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required (must be active at time of consideration)
  • Minimum 1 year of recent full-time L&D experience within the last 3 years
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
  • BSN preferred
  • 5+ years of recent L&D experience preferred (within the last 2 years)
  • 1 year of high-risk L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred
  • High-risk OB experience preferred

  • Local candidates are accepted, as the local and travel rates are the same
  • Travelers who have worked at Kaiser Permanente facilities may not exceed two years of total assignment time without a 90-day break, regardless of whether the time was worked continuously or across multiple assignments with gaps of less than 3 months
