Forklift Operator (Reach Truck and Sit Down) / Warehouse Associate
Automation Personnel Services are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator (Reach Truck and Sit Down) / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and has experience operating material handling equipment while supporting inventory control, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and cycle counting activities.

Forklift Equipment Operator / Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Sit Down Forklift
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
- Perform order picking and order pulling according to customer requirements.
- Verify and check orders for accuracy before shipment.
- Conduct cycle counts and assists with inventory control processes.
- Receive incoming products and verify quantities against receiving documents.
- Prepare, stage, and organize products for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
- Assist with stock replenishment and product organization.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse, inventory, and operations teams.
Forklift Equipment Operator / Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience operating a forklift (Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, Sit Down Forklift) in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
- Forklift certification is preferred (or ability to obtain certification).
- Experience with cycle counting and inventory control.
- Experience in shipping and receiving operations.
- Ability to accurately pick, pull, and verify orders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and warehouse management system experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
