• Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to identify underlying emotional and relational challenges.
• Develop personalized therapy plans that are aligned with clients' objectives, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Family Systems Therapy.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions with skill and sensitivity, adapting your approach based on client progress and feedback.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes within our electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to share insights and contribute to the overall treatment strategy for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training to refine your skills and stay current with advancements in therapeutic practices.

The LMFT position primarily serves a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of emotional and psychological issues. You will be equipped to handle complexities such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and various family dynamics, with a commitment to culturally sensitive practice that honors each client's heritage and individuality.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.
• Current, active LMFT license issued by the state of California.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, with a focus on serving diverse populations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage empathetically with clients from varying backgrounds.
• Organizational ability and attention to detail, particularly in documentation and case management.

• 2+ years of clinical experience as an LMFT, ideally in outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with the latest therapeutic modalities and willingness to implement innovative treatment solutions.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families is highly valued.
