  • Partner closely with Product Analysts and Data Scientists to translate analytical requirements into well-structured datasets and metrics
  • Contribute to the maturation of analytics engineering practices within Product Analytics, including scalable dataset design, metric logic, and operational support for analytical data assets
  • Apply advanced analytics and predictive modeling to product sales, usage, and customer data to inform strategy, pricing, and growth
  • Create executive ready reports, and deep analyses that clearly communicate analytical insights, limitations, and recommendations to stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with other internal stakeholders - Business Managers, Product Managers, and other internal stakeholders to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
  • Partner with technical leads and cross-functional data teams to support the evolution of Product Analytics data capabilities within Microsoft Fabric and related platforms

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience building and supporting curated analytical datasets and data models used by analysts or data scientists for downstream analysis
  • Proven ability to translate strategic and ambiguous questions into analytical frameworks and model requirements
  • Experience working with large, multi-source product usage or telemetry-style data; ensuring reliability of analytical datasets, including data validation, QA and reconciliation
  • Strong SQL scripting for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analytics-ready dataset creation
  • Solid knowledge of Python or similar analytical programming languages for modeling and analysis
  • Familiarity with analytics enablement concepts, including semantic models, reusable metric logic, self-service dataset support, and scheduled data workflows or pipeline operationalization
  • Advanced Proficiency in Power BI (including analytical datasets and complex measures) and Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills; ability to adapt communication style and message based on audience (peers, stakeholders, executives)
  • Bachelor's degree in business analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or a related field
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this posting. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Recommended Qualifications
