Job Summary Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving product-related issues, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of requests. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, proactively addressing their needs while collaborating with internal departments to deliver a positive customer experience. The position follows a hybrid work schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and product-related issues in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner. Interpret customer questions and requests to ensure accurate and effective resolutions. Initiate proactive customer contact to identify and address customer needs. Monitor the resolution process and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-througfh. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer service objectives. Perform other customer support duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
