Job Title: Reset Merchandiser
Force 1 One is seeking a top-notch reset merchandiser to perform merchandising duties at assigned stores within their territory. The ideal candidate will have strong reset merchandising experience, is a self-starter & quick learner, has a strong attention to detail, and works well in independent situations. They must possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with business partners.

Who Were Looking For

Previous retail merchandising experience, preferably in a reset capacity within convenience store setting
A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
o Standing and walking 3-8hrs
o Lifting up to 50 lbs
o Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
Possesses excellent organizational skills
A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
What Youll Be Doing

Execute all resets in assigned territory per required schedule.
Set all shelves, end caps and displays, to provided planogram (POG).
Ensure sections are properly tagged.
Pack out any backstock from the backroom.
Remove non-planogram items and place them in designated area.
Accurately complete all required reporting and upload completion photos.
Report observations regularly to management regarding stock level, out-of-stock situations, and competitive threats.
