Registered Nurse - PACU

MLR is pleased to offer an exciting full-time, permanent position for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at a leading healthcare facility near Albuquerque, NM.

Key Responsibilities for RN – PACU:

  • Provide high-quality post-operative care for patients recovering from anesthesia, ensuring safety, comfort, and a smooth recovery process.
  • Monitor vital signs, manage post-operative pain, and assess for complications.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Accurately document patient care in compliance with hospital standards and protocols.

Qualifications for RN – PACU:

  • Active RN license in New Mexico.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • ACLS and CPR certifications required; PALS and NRP certifications preferred.
  • Prior experience in PACU, critical care, or surgical nursing is preferred but not required.
