The Medical Recruiter plays a vital role in Titan Medical Groupโ€™s mission to connect skilled healthcare professionals with meaningful travel assignments across the country. As the frontline relationship-builder for our travelers, this role ensures every nurse is supported, understood, and placed in positions that align with their goalsโ€”while contributing directly to Titanโ€™s growth and national reputation.

Salary: 45K + uncapped commission

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with travel nurses through proactive, phone-based communication.
  • Understand each candidateโ€™s goals, preferences, clinical strengths, and motivators to guide them toward the right assignments.
  • Recruit, screen, and onboard qualified healthcare professionals for travel roles nationwide.
  • Manage ongoing traveler relationships throughout their assignment lifecycle, including contract renewals.
  • Leverage Titanโ€™s recruitment tools, CRM systems, and technology to track activity and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Stay informed on market trends, assignment needs, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
