Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience programming in C , Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.
  • 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
  • 5 years of experience in product development.
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer, building scalable internal platforms, workflow execution tools, or enterprise software development systems.
  • Experience integrating large language models and artificial intelligence into practical applications, and automating workflows or other creative use cases.
  • Ability to collaborate with Product Management to ensure engineering solutions are aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of an intelligent launch assistant using Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI to analyze technical documents and automate recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Lead PM to translate user journeys into scalable architectures, driving the evolution from minimum viable product (MVP) to a fully automated end-state.
  • Replace fragmented trackers with a unified workflow engine featuring transparent criteria, blocker tracking, and automated Service Level Agreement (SLAs).
  • Replace manual questionnaires with a dynamic logic engine that triggers Security and Compliance reviews only when necessary.
  • Build the back-end for a real-time executive dashboard tracking North Star metrics like velocity, quality, and throughput.
