Temporary Global Service Desk Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Location: Carrollton, TX (100% Onsite)

Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM

• 5+ years of Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support experience
• Strong Windows troubleshooting skills
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work through issues without relying heavily on a knowledge base
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed

• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification
• MacOS support experience
• MSP experience supporting multiple customers or locations
• Healthcare or dental technology support experience

• Provide remote and onsite support for end-user hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, Office 365, and connectivity-related incidents
• Manage and prioritize incoming tickets, escalating when necessary
• Perform system installations, updates, and maintenance activities
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions
• Assist with workstation deployments, equipment setup, and relocations

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, TX.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
